Guided Breathwork with Rachel of Sonder Breath
Details
You don’t need any previous breathwork experience or a specific reason for coming. Maybe you know exactly why you’re here—or maybe you’re simply curious. Either way, you’re welcome.
This is a group breathwork session, but your journey is entirely your own. Don’t let the presence of others intimidate you. There can be comfort and strength in sharing the space with others who felt drawn to be here, while still having an experience that is uniquely yours.
Come as you are and bring nothing but your breath. Dress comfortably, and feel free to bring water. Everything else you need will be provided.
Rachel will guide you from there.
What if the thing you’ve been searching for isn’t something you need to analyze, fix, or better understand? What if a part of you already knows?
Join Rachel Dehler, founder of Sonder Breath, for a fully immersive guided breathwork experience designed to help you quiet the noise, step out of your head, and reconnect with yourself.
Through intentional, conscious connected breathing, carefully curated music, somatic awareness, and gentle facilitation, Rachel will guide you out of the thinking mind and back into the body. Breathwork can create space to release stress and tension, explore emotions, reconnect with intuition and creativity, or simply slow down enough to hear yourself again.
Maybe you’re navigating change, grief, anxiety, or uncertainty. Maybe life is going beautifully, but you’re craving space to slow down. Maybe you spend most of your time caring for everyone else and could use a couple of hours where nothing is being asked of you.
Or maybe you’re simply curious. That’s enough.
You don’t need to arrive with a problem to solve. You don’t need to be spiritual, and you don’t need any previous experience with breathwork. For two hours, you’re invited to set aside the roles, responsibilities, expectations, and constant doing of everyday life. Slow down. Listen to your body. Breathe. And see what comes up when you give yourself the space.

Her work is rooted in a simple belief: sometimes we don’t need another person telling us how to fix our lives. Sometimes we need a safe space to slow down enough to hear ourselves.
Whether you know exactly why you’re coming or there’s just a quiet little voice telling you to give it a try, you’re welcome here.
