Mental Anguish Stage Play

CLEAR LAKE AME CHURCH presents the hit stage play, back by popular demand, Mental Anguish.  The hidden demons that lie within, tormenting and speaking to no end.  The daily pressure and pain one must feel hoping and praying the shadows, the voices are not real.  I may look strong and appear to have it all together, but underneath all my pain, the suffering seems forever.  Who can I turn to, who can I tell the life I am living is pure hell?  Can someone please help me, my spirit shouts quietly?  The daily struggle I face is certainly undeniable.  I don't know how to turn the noise off in my head.  I really feel dead.  The smiles, the laughter is all a façade. Come and witness the lives of four families who are facing the most horrific times in their lives.  You will laugh, cry and celebrate along with the characters as they open their lives to us.
