Panel Discussion

As part of The Adventure Circuit Film Festival Series, the Arts Council of Big Sky is bringing the 2023 Mountainfilm on Tour to Big Sky in partnership with the Big Sky Waypoint.

This year’s selection includes films about surfing, biking, running, skateboarding, climbing, and more. This selection of culturally rich and adventure-packed films will leave you feeling inspired! Doors open at 6:30 p.m., and the festival starts at 7 p.m. Enjoy and watch films throughout the evening. We encourage you to stay for an opportunity to engage with experts selected to answer your questions about the topics in the films.

Inspired by Mountainfilm’s goal to inspire audiences to create a better world through film and art, we are thrilled to add an extra special element this year. In addition to an incredible playlist of films, we will have a panel of experts from our community to answer your questions about disabilities, BIPOC, aging, LBGTQ+, diversity, and inclusion. Your questions will be anonymously collected throughout the film festival, and we will end the night with an opportunity to have our experts answer your questions. If you are not interested in the panel, that’s ok, we’d love to see you there just for the films too.
