Hello avalanche professionals,

The Friends of the Gallatin National Forest Avalanche Center are hosting our 9th annual Professional Development Seminar.

When: Wednesday, March 28 from 8:30am - 4:30pm.

Where: Bozeman Public Library

Title: Avalanches: New research, ideas and technologies

Speakers:Ron Simenhois (CAIC), Karl Birkeland (NAC),Doug Chabot (GNFAC), Diana Saly (MSU), John Sykes (MSU), Ben Reuter (SLF), Ben VandenBos (Sawtooth AC), Gabrielle Antonioli (GNFAC intern), Kevin Hammonds (MSU), Andrea Mannbery (Tromso, Norway), Andrew Shauer (MSU)

Cost: $50 donation to the Friends of the Avalanche Center. Costs are offset from a grant from the American Avalanche Association!

Seating is limited to 60.
