New York Times, USA Today, Amazon, Award-Winning and Indie bestselling authors and even Brand New Authors of ALL GENRES will be attending, ready to meet YOU! This is your opportunity to spend quality time with them, learn side-by-side with them about the traditional and independent publishing industry, tricks of the trade, and even special workshops and programming for readers and aspiring authors!

Welcome Wednesday Meet & Mingle [7 - 9 p.m.] is your chance to enjoy a relaxed social mixer poolside with our attending authors and fellow readers at the bar of the Hilton Pensacola Beach!
Thirsty Thursday learning day [8 a.m. registration opens, 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. events] (included for Flamingo 🦩 VIP all-access ticket holders only) gives you a behind the scenes experience in the book world through workshops, panels, author/reader lunch, and special guest speakers covering today's hottest topics for aspiring and established authors! You'll sit side-by-side with today's leading fiction, non-fiction and genre authors, have the opportunity to ask questions and interact directly with presenters and industry experts!
Fangirl Friday [10 a.m. - 3 p.m.] (included for Flamingo 🦩 VIP all-access, and Fangirl VIP ticket holders) is an interactive reader-author fun day with a featured authors panel, indie author roundtable Q&A, games to win books and prizes, and book lover activities specifically catered to YOU, our readers! You'll even have the opportunity to join your favorite authors for an author/reader buffet.
Book Birthday Bash [5 p.m. - 7 p.m.] (included for Flamingo VIP all-access, and Fangirl VIP ticket holders) remember those fun, cheesy birthday parties you had as a kid? Well, this is like that, only for brand new releases ticket holders get first chance at buying. Authors with new releases will set up and sell their new book baby while we eat cupcakes, finger foods, and celebrate with a cash bar.
Super Signing Saturday book signing event is a 7-hour family-friendly cultural event - ALL AGES WELCOME. VIP ticket holders get 2-hour early entry (10 a.m. - noon, plus all day), VIP event tote, and swag grab table first dibs! General Admission tickets are for 12-5 p.m. All ticket levels receive a convention program and TropiCon event lanyard badges, event swag and ample opportunity to get signed books and bookish swag from our attending authors and vendors!
Tickets non-refundable, non-transferable.
VIP EVENTS, including Welcome Wednesday, Thirsty Thursday, and Fangirl Friday may not be appropriate for children under 16 years of age due to subject matter discussed and presented. (We host authors of various genres of books, which may include foul language and mature subject matter during LIVE readings, workshops, panels, roundtables and social events.) Parents accept all responsibility for their under-18 attendees during these events.
