Our mission is to fund STEM Education, Entrepreneurship and Equity in underserved and underrepresented communities. Often times STEM opportunities can be cost prohibitive to these populations, and our goal is to make the dreams of local students and entrepreneurs on Race Day. Beyond that we hope to continue to create and build programming in the STEM Education and Entrepreneurship space. is to fund STEM Education, Entrepreneurship and Equity in underserved and underrepresented communities. Beyond that we hope to continue to create and build programming in the STEM Education and Entrepreneurship space.
Victory Lap 5K will be an event with a hip hop flair, focused on providing tangible benefit to the community in the vein of funds to be committed towards scholarships and grants to local students and entrepreneurs. inspirational performances and events, wealth education and empowerment workshops, a "Dedication" Celebration to honor the life and legacy of Nipsey Hussle, and a "Hussle & Motivate" vendor marketplace.
This event is not merely about raising funds for STEM education and entrepreneurship. It is also about inspiring the people in our community to set and achieve goals and dreams. As our inspiration for this event, Nipsey Hussle often says, "The highest human act is to inspire. We want every attendee to leave our event with fresh inspiration to go out and change the world.
All proceeds of the victory Lap 5K will go towards the benefit of local middle-school, high-school, and college students pursuing STEM majors and careers. Proceeds will also serve to provide grant funding to local entrepreneurs endeavoring to found technology based ventures. Nipsey Hussle was passionate about making a difference in his own backyard. Through this event we hope to make a tangible impact to our community by supporting the dreams of local students and entrepreneurs.
