Saudé Creek will be partnering with White House Catering to serve an amazing multi-course small plate food and wine experience with a carefully selected array of wines from whites, to reds, to even a few choices from the library! The event will be hosted in the Cellar and in our Tasting Room with one of our Wine Ambassadors, Ben Hellier, and he'll be leading our guests through their wine journey. This is a perfect evening to share with friends, family, and loved ones.
Begin the evening in the Cellar with an exclusive mini-tasting of wines from the library, paired with an amazing Charcuterie Board presented by White House Catering. Not familiar with library wines? These are wines that are no longer available in the tasting room, and represent our previous vintages. Also, you'll enjoy a behind-the-scenes look into our wine-bottling process!
Then we will move up to the Tasting Room where you'll enjoy your Small-Course Pairings. White House Catering will be providing an amazing selection of small plate eats that are perfectly matched with our wines. Ben will take you through each pairing, giving you an experience to truly savor!
The Menu:
1st Course: Butternut Squash Soup
2nd Course: Oysters Weyanoke, Pan Grilled Oysters and thinly sliced Smithfield Ham on a Lacy Corn Cake, crowned with Oyster Cream Sauce
3rd Course: Grilled Petite Lamb Chops, with Apple Mint Compote
4th Course: Tiramisu

*All guests must be at least 21 years of age. Business casual attire preferred, but not required. Please arrive by 6:30pm to sign in with a tasting room attendant.
